High Definition/Critical Color
HD color proofing offers an unlimited color gamut, a virtually unlimited stock selection and the highest resolution proofing, including continuous tone spot colors. The process involves actual ink on substrate ensuring exact color match to any standard. The color gamut includes any color match (PMS and specialty matches), Metallic, Metalure, Fluorescent, Pearlescent and Hot Foil stamping. And all color imaging can be proofed onto any sheeted or flexible material. Critical color is highly desirable for:

Digital Color Imaging
Digital color imaging is the fastest and most economical option for less critical color environments and short runs of 100 to 10,000 packaging samples. We combine technology with artisan craftsmanship to be able to produce unparalleled results.

DIGITAL OPTIONS:

High End Digital
Our Fuji Final proof is a pigmented laminate digital proof that can be applied to almost any substrate. The process involves the use of up to 10 color "donors" that are capable of simulating approximately 80% of spot color applications. Some of the benefits of the system are that unlike most digital devices it has the ability to image an opaque white as well as metallic and can be applied to sheeted or flexible materials. The primary uses would be creating color proofs and mock-ups digitally that require the application of white ink or metallic effect and where substrate needs exceeds white paper stock.

Inkjet Proofing
We maintain and offer several platforms of Ink Jet devices. The device can be used for a variety of applications within the workflow including- review of 4/c process design iterations, spot color converted design files for marketing approval as well as some Hero Packaging and Packaging Sales Sample needs.

HP Indigo Digital Press
The third level of our digital capabilities is an HP Indigo press. The Indigo is a web fed device that prints on a wide variety of flexible substrates. The device has a very large color gamut and is perfect for short run Packaging Sales Sample production.
